Our classrooms have enjoyed having PTO volunteers come in and teach an Art Adventure lesson. Art Adventure is a program where a reproduction of a Master artwork is shown and discussed with the class. The presentation ends by guiding the class through a brief hands-on activity designed to reinforce the concepts that were discussed.

Rollerskating forms were sent home this week. This favorite PE activity will begin on November 5th, but we need parents to sign the permission form and send in the $9.50 fee to cover the skate rental. – Forms and fees are due back to the school by Friday, October 26.
Fireman Tony is coming to visit all K-5th grade class on Monday and Tuesday. He will be teaching all grade levels about fire safety
A group of 5th grade students have requested the opportunity to start a Fantasy and Sci-Fi Book Club. Students would begin the club reading the first book in the Percy Jackson series.
