Red Ribbon Week at Aspen kicks off on Friday, Oct. 24th with Pledge Day:
I pledge to stay in school and learn the things that I need to know.
I pledge to make the world a better place for kids like me to grow.
I pledge to keep my dreams alive and be all that I can be.
I pledge to help others and to keep myself drug free.
Then, join in next week as we have special events each day:
Monday, Oct. 27th: “Wear Red” day to signify your stance against drugs and alcohol.
Tuesday, Oct. 28th: “Sock it” to drugs and alcohol day. Wear crazy socks to school.
Wednesday, Oct. 29th: Put a “lid” on drugs and alcohol. Wear your favorite hat to school.
Thursday, Oct. 30th: Love yourself and be healthy day. Make a pact with your friends to make healthy choices!
Friday, Oct. 31st: Say BOO to drugs!
